Please place your before 8pm to get same day delivery. Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered the next business day.

Yes absolutely. However once the etransfer is completed with the $4.99 fee, the refund would not cover that.

Yes, the system will automatically offset the price on selected items and give you a new total.

During normal circumstances, if your order was placed before 8pm it will be delivered. If you still have not received your order, you can contact us directly and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.

All sales are final. Purple Panda will gladly work with you to satisfy your needs if you are unhappy with your order.

Yes, shortly after you place your order, you will receive an automated message confirmation with a delivery time (it may take up to 30 minutes). When the delivery is on the way, you will then receive another message with your live tracking link.

Payments accept via E-transfer and cash only. For E-Transfers, please call/text/email for the payment address.

5. Follow the instructions to fill out all of the required fields

6. Click local delivery for same day delivery

7. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number

8. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another message and email with your delivery time

9. When the driver starts your delivery you will receive your live tracking link

For same day local delivery under the minimum required for each city, the delivery fee is already included. Mail orders Canada wide $20.00 for expedite shipping plus the $5 etransfer fee with a total of $25.00

Give the Panda card to your driver it’s worth $5.00 or $10.00 [ONLY ONE CARD PER ORDER] and it will be deducted from your total.
